I have been using my Painterly Paint Pot for about a year now and I have barely dented it nor has it dried out. The formulation is very creamy, blendable, and pigmented, and the pots do not dry out, which is a definite plus. On the bright side, they last a long time and they are really worth every cent in my opinion.

MAC Paint Pots are pretty expensive at twenty dollars a piece, which can add up quickly considering just how many paint pots they have. I m a lover of winged eye liners and thus is one of the perfect liners that gives me perfect wings.

Okay, so let's talk about my most favourite of eye liners that is the MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot. Oh, that creamy taupe and gorgeous matte finish I must have worn it every day for weeks! But then like most relationships, things cooled, and we started spending more and more time apart (it happens). I apply with my finger, and the small 'pot' lasts a long time! The beginning of my relationship with MAC Groundwork Paint Pot ($16.50) was white hot and heavy.

In addition, eye shadow (both cream and powder) seem to stay on longer because of the MAC base. Mascara that gets on my eyelid while applying it wipes off easily because of the MAC paint pot base. I use on primer on my face, and the MAC Paint Pot Soft Ochre on my eyelids. First one was applied on MAC Paint Untitled as eyeshadow base, for the second I used the MAC Paint pot Rollickin´ as base. For giving you an impression of the difference between MAC Paints and MAC Paint pots I would like to show you two green eye make up looks. Two products that are constantly compared to one another are the Maybelline Color Tattoos and MAC Paint Pots. Cream eye shadows are great to use as a base for intensifying any powder shadow and to prevent your eyelids from creasing.
